The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front desk team working third shift. As a front desk representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests, processing arrivals and departures, managing room inventory, communicating with the housekeeping team and resolving guest complaints. If you have prior customer service experience, are skilled in MS Office and possess excellent phone answering skills, we encourage you to apply. Knowledge of hotel management systems and the San Juan area is beneficial but not required.
