Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Game Technician to join our team. As a Senior Game Technician, you'll be responsible for building, troubleshooting, and repairing our games, attractions, and technical equipment while delivering unparalleled guest service. You'll also be involved in the training and development of our Support Tech teams.

Requirements

• You have a working knowledge of electro-mechanics and can troubleshoot down to the component level.
• You're able to read schematics and wiring diagrams like a pro.
• You possess excellent communication skills to deliver friendly, available, and memorable guest service.
• You have a strong sense of urgency with a you got it attitude.
• You're able to teach others what you know to build knowledge among the team.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, you'll regularly be required to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. You'll also need to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
