Senior Games Technician

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a skilled Senior Games Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our games, attractions, and technical equipment to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games, attractions, and technical equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to develop and implement new procedures and processes
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a positive experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
