About Us

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our team.

Job Summary

The Financial Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies
  • Manage the accounts receivable and payable teams
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Comply with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • Experience as a supervisor
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong leadership abilities
