The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth through strategic financial guidance.
Key Accountabilities
Financial Operations Management: Direct and manage all financial activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and related reporting.
Process Optimization: Enhance efficiency by automating and streamlining accounting processes.
Essential Skills
Leadership Experience: Experienced CPA with at least 8 years of controllership experience, leadership skills, and ability to direct an accounting department.
Ledger Management: Manage a team of 8+ accounting professionals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA certification preferred).
