Alivia Health / Farmacias Plaza is seeking a highly organized Managed Care Medication Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting patients with chronic conditions, such as Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, and oral Diabetes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating medication refills and updates with patients and healthcare providers
  • Monitoring patients' medication adherence and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with PBMs and MCOs to develop and implement strategies to enhance medication adherence
