Our team provides expert guidance on enterprise and business unit strategy, market and product growth strategy, emerging growth domains, innovation, digital strategy, business model transformation, as well as customer strategy and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Break down and outline the client's key strategic issues
  • Design and supervise the team's core research tasks and analyses day-to-day
  • Develop presentations and other deliverable structures
  • Participate in the communication of project conclusions to client senior management
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff
Requirements
  • Financial Services/FinTech experience: In-depth sector experience exhibited through working within a specific financial services industry or across multiple financial services/FinTech domains
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and quantitative capabilities, with a history of generating actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
  • Collaborative Leadership Style: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders
