Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to drive business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Lead the annual budgeting exercise and implement necessary controls to execute against the plan
  • Support the broader company-wide annual planning exercise

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of financial/accounting experience and a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • NetSuite and Adaptive Planning experience a plus
  • Demonstrated competency in financial modeling and planning, including budgeting and reporting, financial analysis, and corporate accounting
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and present concise and clear recommendations
  • Strong self-awareness and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization
