Job Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests. This includes preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails according to hotel standards.
- Set up and break down the bar area according to hotel standards.
- Ensure a positive guest experience by being attentive, friendly, and courteous.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Follow all state liquor laws and hotel policies.
- Respond to guest complaints and accidents in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in hotel or a related field preferred.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
