We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sourcing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans for our global procurement team. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive enterprise value through end-to-end category management
- Leverage market intelligence and industry knowledge to inform sourcing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous progress against strategic category plans
- Manage a portfolio of products and suppliers to achieve best total value, sustainable productivity, and high levels of quality and service
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the category to optimize supplier performance and innovation
- 8-12 years of experience in developing targets, developing global strategic sourcing strategies, and delivering breakthrough levels of performance improvement across a portfolio of assigned categories
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
- Strong project and process management skills to execute supply strategy with cross-functional teams
- Expertise with contract requirements to negotiate critical terms and conditions in line with category strategy
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word, and familiarity with Tableau
- Competitive salary range: $103,500 - $155,295
- Bonus eligible: Yes
