About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Loan Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying, compiling, and analyzing application information for mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze mortgage loan applications to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients and properties
  • Validate application details against mortgage product requirements for effective evaluation
  • Communicate with clients to clarify doubts and request necessary documents
  • Analyze and work with appraisal, office documents, and legal situations to complete closing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with +60 credits approved
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in banking, risk management, mortgage products, and credit policies/procedures
  • Intermediate knowledge in accounting, economic principles, federal and local banking regulations, and financial markets
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
