We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at Randstad. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and participating in HRIS-related projects, including new module implementations and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and training to staff on system and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide technical support to HR Staff
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials for HRIS processes and procedures
- Work with IT and vendors to manage system changes and ensure successful project delivery
- Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements and efficiencies
- Implement best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage and maintain HR data integrity within UKG Ready
- Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards to support decision making
- Oversee configuration and testing of system modules including payroll, talent management, and benefits
Requirements:
- UKG Ready (3 years of experience is required)
- HRIS (5 years of experience is preferred)
- Human Resources (5 years of experience is preferred)
- Ultipro (3 years of experience is required)
- Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is required)
- Analysis Process Improvement
