Are you an expert in Human Resources and Human Resources Information Systems? Do you have experience with UKG Ready? If so, you can use both of those skills in this HRIS Analyst position. We are currently recruiting for a temporary opportunity at a growing organization. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a related position.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in HRIS related projects, including new module implementations and system upgrades. Provide support and training to staff on system and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide technical support to HR Staff. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials for HRIS processes and procedures. Work with IT and vendors to manage system changes and ensure successful project delivery. Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements and efficiencies. Implement best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage and maintain HR data integrity within UKG Ready. Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards to support decision making. Oversee configuration and testing of system modules, including payroll, talent management, and benefits.

Skills

UKG Ready (3 years of experience is required) HRIS (5 years of experience is preferred) Human Resources (5 years of experience is preferred) Ultipro (3 years of experience is required) Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is required) Analysis Process Improvement
