We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to support our team as an Executive Assistant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling emails, calls, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with high accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree required or Associate degree
