We are seeking an experienced Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Callaway Resort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, balancing, and auditing all daily postings and transmittals of property revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Compile data to send daily reports to Senior Management
- Update spreadsheets and templates of the property for the front desk, housekeeping, Sales and Food and Beverage departments
- Ensure all guest service standards are maintained at the front desk
- Assist with guest needs during the night audit shift
- Check in late arrivals and check out early departures
- Provide directions to all accommodations
- Maintain the multi-line phone system
- Must be sensitive to the needs of the guest
- Will be empowered to take action to meet the needs of the guest within the company guidelines
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Shift ranges from 10pm - 6am or 11pm -7am Weekends and holidays required (rotated)
