Job Summary

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of front office and outlet postings, reviewing room and tax postings, and completing daily audit functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily audit functions for front office and outlets.
  • Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct any errors.
  • Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program.
  • Understand and follow management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for front desk functions, including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, and PBX operation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high work ethic, self-initiative, and the ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
