Transportation Project Manager

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our transportation projects in New England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex transportation design projects, leading multi-disciplined project teams, and developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage transportation design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and clients are satisfied.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in transportation design project management.
• PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Previous experience managing transportation design projects for MA, NH, and/or RI.
• Previous experience working with Massachusetts state agencies and cities.
