Inventory Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Analyst to join our team at Busy Season Staffing Solutions.

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking and reconciling inventory transactions.
• Support the analysis of inventory costs and variances, helping to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing inventory-related financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Participate in periodic inventory audits and physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with the procurement and production teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory management processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to inventory accounting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
