Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Ensure that all guest services and facilities meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies among departments.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a limited service environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
