Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with the Engage Life Director to plan and execute activities, parties, and events that promote socialization and community building.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity feedback.
- Recruit and manage volunteers to support the activities program.
- Assist in the development of the community's census building initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
