**Job Summary**

The Regional Implementation Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing district implementation plans that drive business results and achieve operational excellence.

**Key Accountabilities**

  1. Design and implement district-wide plans, leveraging market knowledge and trend analysis to inform decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with store managers to ensure effective execution of plans and provide guidance and support as needed.
  3. Monitor and manage district-wide management staffing levels, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • College degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
