Patient Registry Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Patient Registry Associate at Alivia Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient registration of patients and doctors for the admission process. Your goal will be to reduce the overall time to process patient prescriptions. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
i. Receive and identify patient documents, indexing their receipt through fax or other designated mechanisms;
ii. Review documentation and validate demographic data, prescriber information, and other relevant details for completeness and accuracy;
iii. Contact reference sources by phone to complete incomplete information or perform reasonable efforts to gather missing data;
iv. Assign documentation to patient records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entered data;
v. Process work data according to pharmacy operational procedures and meet production standards set by Alivia Health;
vi. Document all activity, communications, and correspondence in progress notes;
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; data entry experience preferred;
Exemplary customer service and relationship-building skills;
Attention to detail for accuracy in work;
Organizational skills and understanding of health protocols for customer privacy;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook;
