Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shuttle Operations Coordinator to join our team at Highgate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all shuttle vehicles are properly maintained and fueled.
  • Assist guests with their belongings, including luggage and mobility aids.
  • Provide accurate directions and information to guests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean driving environment.
  • Report any incidents to the manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clear DMV report.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
