Job Description

Spare Parts Inventory Technician is a key role within our Supply Chain Management team at Bayer, responsible for ensuring the accurate storage and management of inventory in our warehouse.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory system, including receiving, stocking, and distributing materials and supplies. You will also be responsible for communicating restock needs to Shop Maintenance Manager and purchasing coordinator, as well as handling and executing loading and unloading operations.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 3+ years of experience in inventory control or a related field. Forklift experience is beneficial but not necessary.

About the Role

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Receive, stock, and distribute materials and supplies
  • Communicate restock needs to Shop Maintenance Manager and purchasing coordinator
  • Handle and execute loading and unloading operations
  • Ensure warehouse room and premises comply with labeling and housekeeping standards
