Inventory Management Specialist for Crop Science

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Bayer's Crop Science division in Puerto Rico, USA.

This role involves overseeing the storage and maintenance of inventory items in a warehouse setting, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and data reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating restock needs to Shop Maintenance Manager and purchasing coordinator, receiving, stocking, and distributing materials and supplies, as well as handling loading and unloading operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong computer proficiency in applications like SAP, Internet, and MS Office. Forklift experience is beneficial. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
