About the Role
The Assistant Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales results, providing best-in-class customer service, and overseeing daily store operations. As a leader, you will be responsible for analyzing the business, implementing strategies, and making data-driven decisions to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales results through effective merchandise presentation, visual merchandising, and sales floor supervision.
- Provide best-in-class customer service by ensuring a positive shopping experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and ensure that all store processes are running efficiently.
- Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing talent, and fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Communicate effectively with the leadership team, sales floor associates, and customers to ensure seamless execution of store operations and sales strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving sales growth.
