Job Summary

We are seeking a Wellness Client Care Specialist 2 (WCC2) to contribute to our success by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present a courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs.
  • Enhance the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability.
  • Collect medical histories, manage tests/screenings, record vitals, and address health complaints.
  • Facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation.
  • Document data, including referrals and reports.
  • Perform venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory analysis.
Requirements
  • A valid phlebotomy license or medical assistant certificate.
  • Skills in venipuncture and sample collection.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
