Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct supervision and support to youth in our agency's care, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist with daily routines, including food service, housekeeping duties, recreational and play times, and rest and relaxation.
- Oversee safe transitions between activities and facilitate learning and behavioral management in a supportive manner.
- Assist with admissions and discharges of youth, utilizing agency-established behavior management protocols and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field and minimum 3 years of experience working with children and families, or 8 years of experience in training and curriculum development for children and families.
- Knowledge foundation and education/training in behavior management and crisis stabilization; CPI certification preferred.
- Experience in writing evidence-based and trauma-informed curriculum.
- Demonstrated competency in speaking to both small and large groups of various ages.
