The Reliability and Efficiency Expert at PdMtech Inc. oversees the predictive maintenance activities of a team of technicians using advanced technologies such as rotor balancing, machine shaft alignment, and vibration analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient and accurate maintenance tasks
  • Prepare detailed customer reports and develop operational procedures that align with company standards and customer requirements
  • Equip management, safety and compliance, continuous improvement and training, customer relationship management, monitoring and KPI reporting, troubleshooting and technical support, project management support, technical expertise and consultation, documentation and record keeping, collaboration with marketing teams, risk management and preventive measures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field is required. Certification in predictive maintenance technologies is a plus.

At least 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, precision services, or a related field is necessary, including experience with rotor balancing and machine shaft alignment.

Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies, precision measurement tools, and machinery performance analysis is desirable.
