Process Development Principal Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Development Principal Scientist to join our team at Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing novel experimental strategies and scientific vision to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead scientific projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide scientific guidance and expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development of new products and processes, leveraging expertise in pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address technical issues, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Doctorate degree in a relevant scientific field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a scientific leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
