**Join QRC Group, Inc. as a Process Development Scientist** and take on the exciting challenge of developing innovative pharmaceutical/biotech processes. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for the validation and documentation of processes in a highly regulated environment. Your working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes will be a valuable asset in this role.


In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including the development and execution of processes/equipment characterization, establishment of testing strategies, and design/development of characterization protocols. Your ability to apply a science-based approach to production and your expertise in vision system technologies will be highly valued. Additionally, you will be responsible for technical reports development, validations, and challenge validations strategies.


To be successful in this role, you will need a doctorate degree or a master's degree with 5 years of scientific experience, or a bachelor's degree with 6 years of scientific experience. You will also need to have basic technical report writing and validation protocol writing skills, as well as basic technical presentations.

**Requirements:**



  • Doctorate degree or master's degree with 5 years of scientific experience, or bachelor's degree with 6 years of scientific experience
  • Basic technical report writing and validation protocol writing skills
  • Basic technical presentations
  • Dealing with and managing change
  • Analytical problem-solving
  • Computer literacy
  • Schedule development
  • Facilitation/collaboration
  • Basic project management
  • Completion and follow-up
  • Specialized equipment/process expertise

  • Problem-solving skills for the application of scientific and engineering theory
  • Skills in the development of hypotheses and approach
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis tools
  • Ability to delegate and manage the project work of others
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) (write/speak)
