**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of assigned studies in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA Regulations, and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research or a related field and excellent organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Screening of patients for study enrollment
2. Patient consents
3. Patient follow-up visits
4. Documenting in source clinic charts
5. Entering data in EDC and answering queries
6. Obtaining vital signs and ECGs
7. Maintaining and ordering study specific supplies
8. Scheduling subjects for study visits and conducting appointment reminders
9. Building/updating source as needed
10. Conducting monitoring visits and resolving issues as needed in a timely manner
11. Ensuring study-related reports and patient results are reviewed by investigator in a timely manner

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential OR Associate's degree AND a minimum of 1 year of clinical research or clinical experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with performing basic clinical procedures such as (blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, etc.)
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus
• BLS certified/preferred
