As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and executing operational activities to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with sales floor replenishment, visual merchandising, and store maintenance to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Participate in visual merchandising and floor sets to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Support sales growth by maintaining product knowledge, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and promoting products to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb up and down a ladder, and walk frequently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
