Key Responsibilities:- Manage an extensive portfolio of For Profit Healthcare clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion.
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates throughout Bank of America, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex For Profit Healthcare clients and prospects regarding industry trends, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and coach/mentor peers.
- Holds the following registered licenses: SIE, S7, and S63.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA desirable.
- At least 10-15 years of broad-based commercial lending/corporate finance experience within healthcare.
- Proven track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships.
- Professional sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow-up of client meetings.
- Existing knowledge of the market.
- Active member/participation in local community organizations.
- Highly desirable to have active networking contacts and Centers of Influence established in the market.
