Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and analyzing reconciliation items, maintaining organized records, and communicating with the business to ensure accurate billing and removal of cases.

In addition, the ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support improvement projects for the insurance business, recommend process modifications, and utilize available tools to enhance existing processes.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • At least one or two years of related experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Detail oriented with analytical aptitude.
  • Effective communication and writing skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
