About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our pharmaceutical operations. As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project(s) planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
- Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
- Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Manage and track project budget(s).
- Liaison with Management, Department Heads, Leaders, team leaders and members to obtain their input on the benefits, needs, and issues associated with the project.
- Maintain the master project plan and schedule for assigned projects.
- Recommend and develop operational or process improvements for the performance and successful functioning of the project team.
- Generate periodic updates and prepare formal presentations for required forums.
- Provide senior management and department heads with project management support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
- More than 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience with project controls, procurement and contract management.
