- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure successful project execution.
- Set departmental goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align department objectives with overall company strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in security technology, including IP-based systems, networking, access control, and video analytics.
- Manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost control and project profitability.
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership on department performance, project status, client satisfaction, and financial health.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, or manufacturer-specific security certifications) are a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in the security integration industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or director-level position.
- Proven experience managing large-scale security integration projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems such as access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated solutions.
