Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Reliability Engineer to take on a leadership role as an Engineering Excellence Lead. You will lead the Maintenance Excellence & Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) Program at sites, developing and implementing strategies to ensure quality work execution and maintain technical excellence.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive lifecycle asset management across strategic accounts, leveraging your expertise in risk-based methodologies, asset management practices, and IoT technology for Smart Buildings. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM) & Reliability Programs: Develop and implement LCAM strategies to ensure quality work execution and maintain technical excellence.
  • Asset Management Excellence: Lead the Maintenance Excellence & Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) Program at sites according to corporate standards.
  • Risk-Based Asset Management Program (RBAM): Drive the RBAM program for the account, ensuring effective deployment of condition-based maintenance leveraging installed smart building sensors.
