Job Summary

The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at our spa facilities. This role involves ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests through attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized attention to guests, offering amenities and assisting with their needs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and safety concerns to management.
  • Comply with company standards and quality assurance expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Familiarity with spa operations and protocols an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
