We're looking for a seasoned quantitative analyst to help us refine our risk models and improve our overall analytical capabilities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for validating and testing our models, as well as developing and implementing new ones.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to support business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model integration and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Design and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate model performance.
  4. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of model development and testing processes.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science).
  • Proven experience in model implementation, validation, and development, with a strong focus on machine learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
