Building a Strong Social Media Presence

Psi is seeking a skilled digital marketing strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced professional who can conduct competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification to inform our social media strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • They should be able to create editorial calendars and syndication schedules, moderate all user-generated content in line with our moderation policy for each community, and continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Able to collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English.
