At Benevis, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our orthodontic department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and estimates to patients in a clear and effective manner
  • Providing education and discussing treatment plans with patients
  • Tracking and monitoring collections, and ensuring patient follow-up
  • Explaining and promoting company payment policies and procedures
  • Soliciting referrals from patients and tracking satisfaction
  • Performing other duties as required to support the orthodontist
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
  • Minimum 3+ years of customer experience preferred
  • X-ray certification preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Ability to articulate techniques and treatment plans
  • Knowledge of dental insurances and financing options preferred
