Beauty Expert Advisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Expert to join our Cosmetics Department team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through in-store demonstrations, product knowledge, and personalized consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach customers in a friendly and non-aggressive manner to determine how you can best assist them in finding a product or service.
• Actively listen to customers' issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems and deliver a rewarding customer experience.
• Deliver engaging in-store demonstrations that highlight key product attributes and enhance the brand image.
• Maintain a well-stocked and well-merchandised assigned area, ensuring products are available and presented attractively for each customer.
• Support company programs that positively impact the business, such as participating in sales promotions and product launches.
