Aireko Services & Installations is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine facilities and utilities inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Create work orders and assist in scheduling repairs to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure continued proper operation
  • Investigate complaints and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Replace damaged bulbs, lamps, receptacles, and other minor electrical works
  • Repair door hardware and relocate office equipment as required
  • Install office furniture as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in facilities maintenance
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a routine basis
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Valid PR driver's license
