We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our facilities management team at Upturn Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial and residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and refrigeration components.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and provide timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and adjust system settings to ensure proper functionality and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct performance tests and evaluate system specifications to comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and service reports.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime for facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction, as well as the ability to collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to assess HVAC needs and implement appropriate solutions.
