Role Overview

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, from Wednesday to Sunday (Mountain Time). The salary for this role is estimated at US$1200.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower underserved families by providing support and clarity throughout the healthcare system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for families, ensuring clear communication and setting high expectations for family care standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience and drive cross-functional collaboration across departments.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance family care initiatives and processes.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with 1-4 years of experience in roles such as Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Call Center, or Customer Service (phone-based).

  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills.
  • Skilled in managing complex projects with attention to detail.
  • Ability to connect with different client personalities and handle diverse situations with flexibility.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or spreadsheets.
  • Genuine care for vulnerable and underserved populations with limited access to healthcare.
  • Willingness to go beyond a standard work schedule to provide extra attention and support to families in need.
