Care Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Associate to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a Care Associate, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents in the Memory Care Program, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Participate in and lead one on one and group activities.
• Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up.

Requirements

• Experience working with seniors with dementia is preferred.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
