Manufacturing Manager

The Mm-Group seeks a results-driven Manufacturing Executive to drive operational success and excellence at our Guaynabo site.

• To spearhead the oversight and optimization of manufacturing operations to guarantee productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• To provide strategic leadership and direction for plant operations, focusing on production and maintenance aspects.
• To undertake regular process audits to ensure adherence to established quality and safety protocols.
• To design and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement program focused on enhancing manufacturing processes and workflow.
• To work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain strict quality control measures and foster ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Degree in a relevant field or substantial experience as a general manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and green belt certification is highly desirable.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish language skills are mandatory.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining independence and composure.
• Technical expertise in cartons manufacturing processes and familiarity with industry best practices.
