Operations Supervisor

This role requires a skilled Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead our Guaynabo site towards operational excellence.

• To supervise and optimize daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• To direct and manage plant operations for production and maintenance, ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices.
• To conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• To develop and implement a continuous improvement program aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes.
• To collaborate with the Quality Manager to maintain quality standards and facilitate ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in plant/general management within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, preferably with a green belt certification.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Capacity to handle complex tasks and work independently under pressure.
• Thorough understanding of cartons manufacturing processes and procedures.
