Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Operations Team Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating daily school cleaning, repair, and maintenance activities, ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, and leading a small crew of custodians.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily cleaning, repair, and maintenance activities with the site principal.
  2. Perform custodial, storekeeping, and light grounds and building maintenance tasks.
  3. Lead a small crew of custodians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  4. Conduct safety inspections and security activities to ensure a secure and healthy environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Basic knowledge of custodial and maintenance procedures.
